Romsey Food News | Aldi Recall Chicken Product Which May Contain PlasticAldi supermarket chain is recalling one of its chicken products over fears it may contain small pieces of hard plastic which could be dangerous if swallowed.

Aldi is recalling its Rooster’s 210g Southern Fried Poppin’ Chicken and is advising customers to return the product to the store from where it was bought to obtain a refund.

The budget store issued the warning for products with a best before date of 09/4/2019, lot number 10101701, product codes 45004 and 75744.

No other Aldi products are known to be affected.
