January Recruitment Open Days With SCAS

january recruitment daysSouth Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS) is urging job seekers, people looking to return to work after a career break, or people looking to begin the new year with a new challenge to come to its headquarters to discover the range of clinical and non-clinical vacancies SCAS is currently recruiting to.

The Recruitment Open Days are being held at Northern House, Unit 7 & 8 Talisman Business Centre, Talisman Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6HR on Saturday 14 January and at North Wing, Southern House, Sparrowgrove, Otterbourne, Hampshire, SO21 2RU on the 28 January. Both from 10.00am to 2.00pm The events are organised on a drop-in basis, will give local people the chance to find out what jobs are currently available, chat to existing staff employed at SCAS to discover what it’s really like to work for one of the country’s best ambulance services. There will also be opportunities to see live demonstrations and a selection of Trust vehicles, and meet with an HR representative who can give advice on how to apply for any current vacancies.

For local students currently studying for, or considering their subject options at, GCSEs and A-Levels, members of the education team will also be on hand to talk about the various routes to becoming a paramedic.

SCAS currently has a number of emergency and non-emergency roles, as well as clinical and non-clinical jobs, it is recruiting to. As well as the roles located at the Trust’s headquarters in Bicester and Otterbourne, other available roles include those at ambulance stations in Ofordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hampshire.
